Returns and Refunds
We request all our customers to check the products before doing the payment as it’s correct size, color and to check if it’s defective or not,if customers find it wrong they can return it immediately to the delivery man.Once the product is received by the customer we’ll not take it return and we’ll consider that customer got the correct item as ordered.If the customer do not want to receive the parcel he/she must have to pay the delivery charge if we send the correct product.
We only provide the return cost if defective product is sent to the customer or the wrong style is sent to the customer.
If your products arrives damaged, does not match the listing description or wrong item, you don’t need to receive the item an also you don’t need to pay the delivery charge. After receiving the product if you find any issue you are eligible to contact our customer care with-in 24 hours.
We have all rights to change policies if we seem it necessary.
Get your refund
Once we received the item back from the customer, it will take 3 working days to refund for the product if the buyer paid us advance.Once the refund is done customer will receive an email.
If you pay with a credit card, processing may take up to 30 days, depending on the card provider.
